We offer our livestream classes on Thursdays at 6:15pm and Sundays at 9:00 am (and maybe even Tuesday if there is any interest!) We are requiring a minimum of 10 people to register in advance for this monthly package and once we reach the minimum enrollment, we will also allow drop-ins for $10 (via Latin Beat website registration or Venmo @bodybypatricia.)
Relax your mind and muscles during our 60-minute LIVE STREAM Stretching class. Great for all levels. IF YOU HAVE IN THE HOUSE PLEASE GET READY YOUR ⁃OPTIONAL: Mat - Pillows - blocks - Long towel - Candles - Water Once you have registered for class, you will receive an email inviting you to download ZOOM. This will be the online tool I will be using to host the class. For better sound quality have your laptop or mobile device connected to a speaker if possible.
